Hotel Albatros - Forio (Isola d'Ischia)

Great food and spacious room with a sea view. Wi-Fi was patchy.

I had a really good experience here, everything was great, the location was amazing near to a great family restaurant- Jamm Ja, the centre of Forio and 2 other beaches. I liked the room with a large balcony.

It was just a great fit for a brief stopover in Forio with good value. We loved relaxing by the pool with amazing views at sunset. Pro tip, choose half-board. The dinner was a nice surprise.

The breakfast spread was excellent, catering to all our family's needs, especially with gluten-free options. The location was great.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.

The helpful staff enhanced our experience. The location is a perfect base for exploring Ischia, with Citara Beach and Forio within walking distance.

This hotel was pretty good with modern, tidy accommodations with a spacious balcony and fine sea views. The breakfast spread was excellent, with Mediterranean dishes alongside good pastries and fresh fruits. The staff were really good, always accommodating our needs and providing insightful recommendations. Further, the shuttle service could have been more reliable with clearer scheduling.

Great place for a group trip! The sea view was fine from our room. We took advantage of the nearby beach and the fantastic local wine tours they arranged. The staff was super helpful in helping us with our bookings. Breakfast was solid and had a nice variety, just what we needed to start the day.

The location of Hotel Albatros was perfect, only a short pleasant walk to both Forio and the fine Citara beach. The pool area provided amazing sea views, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

amazing stay but some room for improvement

The hospitality was nice. The staff always greeted us warmly and were eager to assist. The freshly brewed coffee during breakfast was a standout. The amazing sea view from our terrace was something we looked forward to every evening, watching very nice sunsets that left a lasting impression.

The sea views from my Standard Double Room were amazing. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to Forio's lively center. The personnel were particularly attentive and helpful. Breakfast provided a good variety, particularly the delicious cappuccino.

My room at the Albatros was spacious and had a lovely terrace. Although it needed some airing out initially, the management promptly replaced the groaning bathroom faucet. The pool area was beautiful and always had available lounge chairs. The view of the Sea and sunsets were fine. The shuttle service to town was convenient, and the staff at the Reception Desk were helpful and accommodating.
